O WORLD, thou choosiest not the better part!

It is not wisdom to be only wise,

And on the inward vision close the eyes,

But it is wisdom to believe the heart.

Columbus found a world, and had no chart,

Save one that faith deciphered in the skies;

To trust the soul’s invincible surmise

Was all his science and his only art.

Our knowledge is a torch of smoky pine

That lights the pathway but one step ahead

Across a void of mystery and dread.

Bid, then, the tender light of faith to shine

By which alone the mortal heart is led

Unto the thinking of the thought divine

Dear Master Assar, thank you so much for sharing this post.It is wonderful!
You started it calling it "ZEN", so I hope not to be off topic and that you don't mind if I do a question.

I know in Kung Fu To'a and in martial art in general meditation is important. I know it is difficoult to ask and even more to try to explain in written words, but may I please know if there is a particular way to do it in Kung Fu To'a?

Would you please teach us a simple way to do it properly, if it is possible?
Do you have any advice about it?

Thank you so much in advance.

hello everybody , there are different kinds of ZEN in kung fu TO'A . Zen for relaxation and meditation or Zen for the best concentration and increasing of vital energy or Zen for daily life and underestanding others or invironment etc . We study them in 2 fields Static and Dynamic ! for example taking an special position and doing of diaphragmatic respiration is a static ZEN and doing the forms correctly is a dynamic Zen or participation in life and communicating correctly with goodness is a kind of dynamic Zen.

While we are sleeping soundly how we could know what is right or not.
Our wisdom challenges us while we are awake.
Our visions come to us as an illusion and if we can capture them then it becomes our vision.
What is counted as our sleep is an illusion has no time and space.
Once; one captured in your state of mind it becomes your vision.
Road to our vision is when we are sleep, we are awake and when we are awake, we are sleep and what could glue it together are attraction and desires.
Attraction is our techniques and desires are the path.
