Hello scooferce ! in this site we are speaking about Kung fu TO'A practically and theortically . Do you do Kung fu TO'A ? if yes where are you please and who is or was your Master ? or do you practice anothere martial art please ? thenk you so much

Dear Sir,
I hope you and over To'a family is fine. Master plz don't mind i ask some basic information regarding To'a. Because different masters gives different information on same topic.

1. Haw to start and end the students class with stances and talking.
2. How many lines clear the change uniform color.
3. Total 4 sash, white + green + brown and black how many lines (khat) in one sash.
4. I need Philosophy of TO'A in English.
5. I need some online lessons or text who help me in teaching.

Furthermore, i wish to extend our heart felt thanks for your support and co-operation. We do hope that you will continue extending the same spirit and support for the upliftment of TO’A

What is your level of expertise’s this will help us to help you.

Hello dear Hamrah ,please tell us what is your refrence book or article for these explanations ? and what is the relation between Diabets and these exercices ? Do you do kung fu toa ? Who is your master ? thank you
