I have watched carefully the lesson loaded by our dear Master Jalilzadeh about how to take correctly the Sash on and off in class. When the students are putting on the sash, the master is not in class yet.
After the warm up, students usually start to fix their uniforms. They grab their sash and go to their spot. At that moment he/she goes on their knees and put the sash on.
