Hi Patrizia,
You have got it right, it isn't a sign, it's a guard.
The kias are:
1. (Announcement) Anattawa, Yaromeh and To'a .
2. When you go for Sensesero you must say Yaromeh.
3. Heis or chikareh. Chikareh is an old version .
4. Heis x2.
5. Heima x2.
5. Weiss kineh.
6. Vissa.
7. Anattawa.
8. (Announcement), Atado, Yaromeh and To'a .

Dear Ostad Jalilzadeh and dear friends...I have two questions on Anattawa.

The first one is just a detail.
After the 4 haima techniques, when I have to go on waiss kineh, if I am facing the 9 hour and I have the starting point at 12 hour on my right side, my right arm is defending from a kick coming from the back. My fist stop at 3 hour,is it right? Meaning, I am turning 180 degree, I am not stopping at 2 hours. Am I right?

Second question.
Same axis. I have completed the sequence orato, mato x3 right arm and left arm, and I am going on oranto from out right. My right arm is in oranto 2, my left arm in afma. My right leg should be in line with my right arm right?
So this is the question: my right leg comes back from rato position to do oranto from out technique. The movement is not that much backward, let's say only half a step, I am moving my leg more toward the center point and not that much to the back, is it so? And the knee is straight toward 3 hours and the feet not that close to each other. This position is neither an horima rato nor a cat position because my left foot is not completely turned and my toes ar not facing 12 hours.

I am asking because I need to completely erase my motor memory, because I used to turn the knee and the hips and close it inward. Completely wrong!

Thank you!

Hi Patrizia I think that for the first question you are right ! indeed you do a wayma defense , so do it same as wayma for your arms . the second part , it is an oranto from out to inside so your arm come from your side or your vertical-trasvesal axe that is besides of you and for legs, your front leg must come to cat position but here we are in mouvement and this position is not a classic cat position but it is adaptive and combat cat potions ! I mean bring your front leg toward back leg sam as you want to go to cat position but with out turning legs , so your technique will become excellent and fluide without bothering yourself

Hi Patrizia,

At the first part, you are right. The first Weima Duma defence is at 3:00 o'clock. Even little more than that is more effective.

2nd part also you are right with a little exception.
On the movement explanation you are totally right. But when you move back, the foot stance are like cat position. The difference is: The stance is at 45 degree. I mean cat position at 45 degree right side for right arm and 45 degree cat position left side for left arm.

Thank you all! Dear Ostad Jalilzadeh, I would have never thought of cat position in 45 degree!
And thinking well, also the part before, when I am doing orato it is a cato position but this time it is a cat position at 90 degree, I mean that I am doing orato left and my right foot is toward 6 hour!
So we should say that the stances of this axis is baiscally cat position in different directions, at 90 and 45 degree, right?
Going back to my question, if this is a cat position and I am doing oranto from out right and afma left, is it ok if I keep my right knee toward 45 degree and not toward 3 hour? When I try my knee goes naturally in that direction. Am I doing right?

Thank you all again! My dear Ostad Jalilzadeh, your answers are perfect as always! Many many thanks!
