Generally "Gado" means a Guard. Some times Gado is a sign in To'a.
In Samsamaeh we have 13 Gados which they are signs and each of them has an explanation and story behind.
Like: Osima, Okima, Khenma, Mumai and ......
As I said before when you are standing at Kamisema position with any kind of guard or gado is a sign and there is meaning for it.

Dear Masters and dear friends, I have some questions to do.

I watched the lesson on the kicks, and I'm trying to learn the correct way to performing them.

1- keyeto: In the video I see the right foot going near the left leg while is making a slight turn. Looking at the foot, it is straight to 12 hour, then it comes near the ankle and it seems to be a little turned ( big toe toward 14 hour) and then straight again. Then the knee goes up ad the leg open to reach the target.

Is the turning just phisiological or there's an intention? I'm asking because I was taught to turn it and I think it shouldn't be like this and I think I'm wrong.

2-yeteh keyto: in picture 3 the knee seems to be waist high, but in the video I see the Master bending the knee and doesn't seems to go so high
How much should I rise the knee? Usually I go waiste high. Is it correct?

3-Su-to: in opening I used to keep the hands in soyetto ( is this the name for the open hand?) this way: right hand toward 14 hour, left at 10, hands waist high.
looking at Master Tawassoli's book I see him hold them shoulder high. Am I right if I start hold them higher?
I didn't thought it was a mistake because I thought it should be a defense from two kicks, and I thought the it was right at waist high.

Thank you all!
